Welcome to 2009 from the Flying Knee Show!
On our first episode of 2009, Sniper decides to redeem his prize that we have to do a show without him. It wasn’t as bad as it could have been, but it could have been much, much better. This is an extremely short show this week (64 minutes), as Knee was distracted by being sick, Matt is distracted because he is in the middle of packing for a move, and Bryan is distracted by shiny buttons. The levels are clearly not being controlled by Steve this week. Please let Steve know you never want him to take a show off again!

Ahhhh, First show back from vacation. It’s a good decent… ok we showed up and spoke into microphones. Bryan broadcast from a truck stop. We debuted our new phone number (leave us a voicemail – 314-266-3571). We talked about what we did over the break, we discussed hotness modifiers and different hot chick scales, then Knee fills the rest of the time with how he hates people, but an old friend makes a comeback!

Another week, and another episode of The Flying Knee Show. This show was a very different feeling show. Once again, we had a guest sit in with us. Danny Boy (aka Bunny, aka Dan Halen, aka ToolsTM) joined us from his bunker under the pile of Knee’s bottle caps. Danny is quite possibly one of the funniest human beings alive. We actually considered naming this show “The Flying ToolsTM Dance Groove”, but Knee started to cry. Then we were going to name the show “Flying Bunny and Friends” but Knee complained yet again. He also started throwing bottle caps at us and muggled our idea. Knee’s idea of funny is:
“Fuckin-Click-Rant-Fuckin-Chris Benoit-Rant-Shit-Click-Matt isn’t funny ever-Fuckin”
We get it Knee; you’re angry and you hate the British!
As always, Sid E. Burns was there, taking notes and pointing out every time that Knee clicked a bottle cap. Of all the Guests we’ve had in the show so far, Danny was definitely one of the top 3. We would love to have him back any time he wants to sit in with us. There may even be a spot in Knee’s chair very soon.
The greatest accomplishment this week was by far the FKS version of Beat-Poetry. It’s not what you think. Trust us.
Clocking in at 1h 46m episode 10 is by far, the most recent episode to date. Unfortunately, Knee was there too.

Even though this podcast was named 2 weeks in advance, it was a more than fitting tribute to this episode. It was a clusterdrunk show but we think you’ll like it. We ended up doing an hour’s worth of show before this episode was recorded, which will be released as bonus “best of” (if you can call it that, my initial thought was shittiest of…) at a later date. We were covering the Historical Fights tournament in celebration of March Madness and had to break down the brackets a bit before the show. Of course there’s more hilarity to be had while Matt attempts to pronounce words while slurring, a new possibly permanent intro, stories from this week, and we had a ghost in the studio. This one clocks in under 2 hours, have a listen.

Episode #6 – Mugglingus of the Flying Knee Show is now online! Episode #6… is a very special episode. We discuss the inner workings of Swiss made pocket watches while Knee recants endearing stories from his childhood. Bryan has a major breakthrough when he remembers that the world is not as it seems and is a very scary place. Sniper learns the difference between a single-bevel boradhead and a dual bevel compound miter saw. Matt finds his smile. Nimzerts!
