FKS #77 – MVD – What Makes You Stop Playing Video Games
Inspired by an ARS Technica article. An FKS Massive Videogame Discussion about what makes you quit certain games? Whether it be bad checkpoint placement, bad game design, glitches, difficulty, cheating AI, etc…
Matt has the week off, so Knee, Bryan, Sniper, and Mark are in on this discussion. Later on we also discuss the video game body count, as compared to other things, ie. religion that don’t get called for a ban but video games do. We’re still trying to figure out if falling vending machines have killed more people than the media blames video games for. To wrap up we take a look at upcoming titles we’re looking forward to.

For the first time (in September) all 4 of the Flying Knee Show members are together for a show! We were mostly off-stopic and off-the-cuff this show, but entertaining nonetheless. We touch on the value of items we purchase and even a touch of religion and food and even celebrity deaths.. This was a fun show, and you should listen!
No commentsFKS #75 – Vegas Foodage
It’s the Flying Sniper Show! No Knee or Matt for this one, Sniper returns from Vegas and with only Bryan available this show was naturally about eating like a king! Sniper divulges a little about his trip, and some other topics for discussion that are teased for future episodes. If you don’t like food or Vegas, don’t listen to this one, and if you do, don’t bitch about it on Facebook. Thanks to the 3 live listeners we had, and thanks to Sid E. Burns for not calling in. Congrats to the newlyweds, Tools & Audrey!
No commentsFKS #74 – The Tech Show with Matt and Sniper
Well, we’re without the Flying and the Knee for this one. It was supposed to be a tech show, and it still kinda was, but we went on tangents all over the spectrum from sharks, to movies, to iPhone apps. I mean how can one ignore The Period Tracker app? We did cover the Commodore 64 emulator app, which Sniper quickly purchased, covered theories on how to not pay for wi-fi at hotels, iPhone MMS and tethering, which somehow led to a discussion about wind turbines and solar panels.
Anyways, we were live this show, and a very special thanks to the zeroes of people that listened live. Thanks to Mark for sitting in on this one to keep it less geeky, even still if you’re not into tech, fuck off and skip this one.
